  2. I love your clutches and i want to sell them in my store! How? If you are interested in carrying Julie's clutches you can buy the line directly on our wholesale website via Faire!

  3. Do you do customs?! Yes! There is an option to add a name to the back of almost all of my clutches on their product pages. Fully customized name clutches are available HERE

  4. Can I put a custom shape on a clutch? No, unfortunately we are not taking orders for custom designs right now.

  5. What is your turnaround time for customs? We work as quickly as possible to get your customs out so you can enjoy them ASAP. Typically, you will receive your small custom clutch order within a week, but larger orders (like bridal parties) could take about a month. Customs are worked on in the order they are received. If you are on a deadline and need an order rushed, there is a rush fee. 

  6. How long does it take to ship? we process orders daily, shipping is as quick as you choose- if you choose the priority option it will get there faster than First Class, etc. We have daily pick ups from the USPS in our Gowanus, Brooklyn office but once it's picked up, it's out of our hands. All tracking info is mailed to you when your order goes out- we can't find out any more than you based off of that.

  7. How much does shipping cost? shipping costs whatever you pay for it- we pass along USPS's rates to you! You can go through the checkout process to see for yourself! Priority costs more than First class, etc etc.

  8. Do You Accept Returns? We accept exchanges within 2 weeks/14 Days of receiving your clutch! There are NO Exchanges on any custom orders!

  9. Do you ship internationally? Yes! Enter your shipping address in the checkout process to see what shipping will cost when it gets to you. Tracking is not available once your package enters customs!
