Dressing Amanda Shaw for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and walking alongside her Louisiana float was a NYC bucket list check! Amanda pulled me out of dress retirement this summer to design her Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular this summer and i was thrilled to be able to collaborate again! This purple velvet dress coat was giving New Orleans Mrs Claus, and it was too much fun to watch her perform in! Walking and being driven around the closed off streets of NYC was a core career memory! Can't wait to see where all of this goes! Maybe I'm more than a bag lady afterall!
